1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within this period.

2. Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at info@websitefashionglam.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@websitefashionglam.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

7. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

9. Return Shipping By Fashion provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
